Sorry to hear Jeffrey! Spare parts are cheap. It would be in their best interest to send you a few dollars in parts rather than return hundreds of dollars worth of chairs. Can I ask which part broke? Maybe there are others here that will be able to assist if we know exactly what part you need. Did you try calling & emailing them as well. Sometimes email works better

Golf courses have fantastic views and usually, people don’t get around that much to notice the view because they’re busy minding their play. Now, these Adirondack chairs will let you rest your weary arms and legs and enjoy the view along the fairways.
Lots of small everyday household products, such as milk jugs, are made with HDPE. When you put those HDPE products in your recycling container, they’re often recycled into bigger everyday household products, such as trashcans, or — you guessed it — outdoor furniture. In the case of HDPE, the recycling process is sometimes referred to as “downcycling” because the original HDPE experiences some changes to its basic property types during the recycling process, and can’t be recycled a second time (when it’s in its outdoor furniture form).

The mind-boggling bit is always choosing the timber, even for those buying the ready-made chair. Once you get the wood right, the rest of the construction will be a smooth ride, and you can expect incredible results and long-lasting creations.
As for the size of the chair, it’s slightly smaller then the King Size Highwood brand. Which is probably to be expected having a smaller weight capacity of 300 pounds. The seat itself is just under 21″ wide and sits 14 inches from the ground. As for the back of the chair it’s also just shorter at 36.9 inches in height. Assembly is somewhat easier, but do note: Don’t over tighten the screws or you could damage the ends,or even worse crack the slat. Just go gently if using a drill.
These seats are really huge and you get plans to construct not just one Adirondack seat but for three seats. These seats are really for a family of three. These were made from treated hardwood which was expertly stained and weatherproofed for protection.

These chairs are relatively lightweight and you can carry them from one point to another. So maybe think about taking one of its kind to the beach or picnic and see how it turns out there.
In his own book, Daniel Mack, the chairmaker, suggests a kinship between the Westport chair and forerunners that include reclining patient chairs of the early 19th century as well as the slant-backed Morris chair that inspired Craftsman furniture maker Gustav Stickley. But he singles out the cure chair as a pivotal development. Were it not for tuberculosis, he writes, “It’s unlikely that there would have been an Adirondack chair.”
As with all furniture, Adirondack chairs do have a weight capacity on them. This capacity will vary depending on which model you go with. However, finding out that information can be harder then you think, with not every company being upfront about it. For me, this usually means they have an industry-standard weight capacity of between 200 and 220 pounds.
This chair is made from redwood which is one of the most durable and efficient hardwoods commonly used to make patio furniture. This rocking chair displays the natural beauty of lumber and at the same time protects the wood from rain or sun.
