This is a good little site, but it sadly falls short of greatness. It’s got some layout issues that make it somewhat cumbersome to navigate, and we wish the format and layout of individual plans were better. It’s a bit ad-heavy, but if you can look past the site’s shortcomings, there are a lot of great plans here. Pretty much anything you want to build, you can find something you’ll like here.
Just bought four of these type of chair after doing a couple months of research into them (after seeing one for very cheap at Costco). Bought during the Memorial Day sale, buy 3 get one free, with free shipping. That sale seems to be over, but they still have a "special". They're not cheap, but are very comfortable, we like that the version we bought fold up nicely, and they have a relatively very long 20 yr residential warranty. We're expecting them to last for years.
The other thing to consider is the type of screw the chair uses. Look for a stainless steel screw so that they won’t rust when exposed to moisture in the air.
Check the seat and armrest widths also. Ensure that the seat is very spacious to accommodate your big frame sufficiently.
All of them are extremely durable and can withstand the different weather conditions. Whether it is in the raining conditions or snowfall, wood Adirondack chairs are the real deal. Teak is particularly good for all-year-round outdoor elements.

Do this entire process until you have ALL of your pieces of wood cut out to make your Adirondack chairs. Then you will have to sand each piece.
